Customizer won’t save?

  • I have everything all set up now. I’ve had this problem intermittently – when I open the Customizer for the front page content, I am unable to “save & publish”. I keep pressing the button and it reappears. If I close out I lose all changes with no option to save.
    I have only the plugins that the theme requires (Contact Form 7 and the companion One Page Express ) and Akismet.

    Can you tell me what I need to do? I’ve rebooted the entire computer a few times, thinking it might be something interfering in the cache.
    The site is now live and that’s why I need to fix the links on the front page right away.

  • If you disable Akismet do you still have the same issue ?

    Hi @geekgoddess,
    Please check if you have the latest versions of the theme and plugin.
    Also try to do a force reload with ctrl/cmd + F5 or open it in an incognito window to exclude a browser cache issue.
