customizing appearance menu

    I’m trying to make it easier for my client to find the “Menu” option that is under appearance in the admin panel. Is there a way to bring the Menu option to the main level? I would also like to make the user role Editor to simplify things for them, but then the appearance tab goes away all together. The best case scenario would be to be able to add Menu as a top level item, and have it displayed to the Editor role. Anybody have any ideas on how to accomplish something like this?
