Hi! I’d love some help customizing my book grid.

    1. I’d like to organize my books by “type” for lack of a better term. Picture books, chapter books. I have Custom Fields but would really rather have them show up as “Picture Books” and “Chapter Books” on the book grid, rather than have a signifier before that. Right now I have it as “Read” so it shows up as “Read: Picture Books” but I’d rather get rid of that.

    2. I’d love to have the picture books show up at the top of the page and the chapter books below. Is there a way to have the custom fields display in reverse alphabetical order?

Thanks so much for your help (and thank you Christie for creating this plugin, I love it so much!).

    Hello Julie,

What you could do to get the look that you want is create two different book grids: one where you select Picture Books and one where you select Chapter Books.

Then you can put both book grids on that page, and put whatever headings you want above them.

Hope this helps! Glad MBM is helping you!

Oh! Perfect! I don’t know why I didn’t think of two book grids! That totally worked, and I like being able to label them however I want. Thank you!
