customizing button is not working

    Hello!

    I love your plugin and everything works fine – except for the button customization.

    I can’t change anything at the button. no color, no size, no font, nothing. and yes i put the customize button slider at on. my divi version is the newest one from yesterday. It’s 4.9.4

  • I have the same issue here. In the menu (Divi -> CF7 styler) there is nothing visible on the general tab and on the debug tab. In the contact form the extra form tags (row, 1/2 column, ….) don’t work either.

    @timm1996 I found a solution for my problem. As I stated, I couldn’t see anything in the general or the debug tab of the plugin (and couldn’t use the form tags, nor customization of the send button). If you have the same symptoms this might help.
    I managed to solve it this way:
    1. Go to Divi -> CF7 Styler, the page is empty
    2. Go to the debug tab (the page is empty too)
    3. Do a browser refresh of the page and the debug info should be visible.
    4. Go to the general tab and everything should be visible there too.

    The problem is solved now and everything works again.

    Thanks for reaching out to us.
    Behind this issue could be a caching problem.
    So try to remove/delete any types of cache files to see if it resolved or not. Browser cache, Divi et-cache, WP-Rocket, Divi Rocket’s server-wide caching could be the reason also.
