    Sorry for the delay!
    Supporting Pro version is not allowed here, please create new ticket on this page from next time.

    Customizing Create New ticket and Reply Ticket is available in current functionality but it is not yet available for Assign to Agent or other mail types.

    It is already under our development list but it will take some time (may be a month) to avilable.
