Customizing Header

CSS and Designing Headers might point you in the right direction.

On an unrelated note a nice recipe theme:

That tutorial is confusing to me because when it asks me to look for the code:

I can’t find it. I’m using the WP Classic Template too. I’m also looking for a way to simply add an image there. What should I do?

I’m also trying to figure out how to add a logo to my header and havne’t had any luck. I’d love to know how to do this!
