• Is it possible to change a template file of the parent theme that has a deep path?

I want to change a file which is located here : wp-content\themes\skyhead\inc\hooks\

But i don’t know where to put the file into my child theme.

    Thanks

    Hi iurisdoc,

Yes you can but you’ve to maintain the same directory structure.

On this instance For eg. if your child theme name is skyhead-child then it would be

    wp-content\themes\skyhead-child\inc\hooks\

BTW is this for correcting CTA section????

    Thanks,

    HI,

this works fine with header-inner-page.php , but no for slider.php that is in the same directory structure.

Do you know why it happens?

    Hi,

I wanted to change a file located in wp-content\themes\skyhead\inc\hooks\ .

You told me that in my child theme I need to maintain the same directory structure.

With the header-inner-page.php file works fine, but not with the slider.php file
