Customizing Job Manager

Hi – I’m working on adding this plugin to an existing wordpress site. aafa.com – They are accounting job placement pro’s all over the country. They want a jobs board mainly for internal use. (I have it set up as private now) The job manager would be used when they are having trouble filling a position in their market and want help from the other members of the association. One step further would be – if no members could help – then they want to be able to make job listings available for the general public to see. The job listing would not have all the info about the company – mainly leaving out the company name. They also want all members to get an email anytime another member adds a listing.
If anyone has some ideas of how to accomplish some of this – let me know – if anyone wants to build these features for us – give me a quote. Thanks – ps. Great plugin Gary!
