Customizing options missing

    Appointment Red Version: 1.1.9.2
    I used pretty much the standard home page with slider, services section, contact. Today I tried to solve the problem that the home page is completely different. There is no slider, no service section and so on.

    The customizer doesn’t show the configuration for service settings and the slider settings.

    What is wrong?

    The problem ist the Update of the appointment theme (the Main theme).
    Go Back to the old appointment Version then it works fine again.

    I Had the Same on my Page…

    Appointment Version 2.7.8 i think should bei the “right” one.

    Sorry for the inconvenience.
    Actually, in the new update, we have moved the homepage sections in our companion plugin.
    Once you will install and activate the “Webriti Companion” plugin, your homepage will show. And service settings and other section settings will show in the customizer.
    Assign a Home page template to your homepage. See this screenshot.

    Hi Rishabh,

    the plugin was already activated when I took the screenshots. I tried the thing with the Home Page but it does not work.

    Do I have to downgrade the main appointment theme?

    I downgraded and everything is fine.

    Too much work because of a theme update! Please let me know when the problem is finally fixed and a further update is available without that problem.

    Sorry for the inconvenience.

    We have fixed the problem and released the new update(1.5) of the plugin.
    Kindly update the “Webriti companion” plugin.
    Make sure you are using the latest package of Appointment theme and assign the “Home Page” template to the homepage.
