Customizing page locked

  • My customizing page is locked with all themes.
    Using WP 4.0 with Twenty Fourteen V 1.2 ? on https://www.disney-villavacation.com

    I can change themes but when going to (appearance-themes-customize) customise page no theme picture appears the left hand custimizing menu appears but does not respond i.e. if any item selected/clicked nothing happens.

    Additionally when in Themes selection page clicking on “Theme Details” gives no response.

    I have cleared cache, closed out of admin, closed/restarted PC and had a coffee but above still not working.

    Any help would be appreciated.
