Customizing Text Header & Footer

  • I would like to try to edit the elements of text header, tag, and footer. Currently my header is a color and font I don’t want. I would also like to expand the disclaimer.

    I thought this information would be in the Appearance > Editor section of the WP Control Panel but I am totally clueless once I get there.

    If what I want to do is possible how do I do it?
