Customizing the ‘Add Product’ Page

I am repurposing your catalog as a field guide for birds. I would like to customize the ‘Add product’ page for catalog managers who are adding new birds. For example, the ‘Short Description’ section is currently called the ‘Field Guide Short Description’. But I want it to say “Embed Vocalization Here” instead. Could you let me know how to do this? I’m fine with editing files via the plug-in manager, but I’m not sure where to start.
