customizing widget areas

I recently installed this Plugin, i must confess it’s a great plugin.
But i can’t customize a widget area for all my pages and posts, like if i want to customize my navigation, i have to do it one after the other for every page. I’m i doing something wrong?https://www.ads-software.com/plugins/visual-developer-custom-css/
