Customizing Woocommerce Payment

Hi Nitesh,

We are trying to customized the payment on the auction.
What we need are the following:
1. Buyer’s premium
– $300 for bids less than $1,000
– 3% for bids equal or more than $1,000 but less than $10,000
– $300 for bids equal or more than $10,000.00
2. We will only charge the bidder who won the auction with Buyer’s premium
(We will not include the bid amount in the total charges)
3. It will email the invoice to the bidder who won the auction.
No need for them to enter their Payment Details since they already have it
in their account.
