Customizr: Add text block under header

Trying to add a block of text under the header but due to being on a Chrome OS I can’t appear to use the ‘Child’ version thingy so can’t add the already existing snippet into ‘function.php’.

If I add it just into CSS nothing happens. No idea what I am doing so any help will be greatly appreciated.

Is there another way?
