Customizr comments reordering

    Is it possible to change the order a appearance of the comment area, to have the comments-list before the comment-respond without rewriting the core ‘comments.php? So people read the comments before posting any other comments…

    Is there a special place for ‘Customizr’ in the Wp-forum?
