• Hi everyone,

Few days ago, after I restarted the hosting server, few graphical changes happened to my wordpress blog with Custimizr Theme and I discovered that the “Additional/Custom CSS” section was empty.

I tried to re-insert all the custom CSS which was there before, but I cannot save (the buttons stays not-clickable and if I change something else in order to enable it, still, it doesn’t save any CSS – become blank again).
I also tried via FTP loading CSS in wp-content/themes/customizr – still nothing.

I have now several visual problems in the website, can somebody help please?

    I have WordPress 4.9.6 and Customizr 3.5.12

    Thanks
    Michele

    Thanks for reporting your problem.

I can’t reproduce this problem on my test sites.
Can you confirm that you followed the Customizr troubleshooting steps?

If relevant, include screenshot(s) of the issue.
Tip : You can use an online screenshot sharing tool like https://prnt.sc/ to include a link to screenshot.

    Thanks

    Hi Nicolas,

    Thank you for your reply.

    Here’s the screenshot: https://prnt.sc/st0gqf
As you can see, when I put whatever Custom CSS, I don’t have the option to publish available. If I edit something else, so that I get the “Publish” button available (because of the other changes), when I click it, no CSS is saved and the Custom-CSS section is empty.

This is causing me issue like this, from Mobile, inside each single article: https://prnt.sc/st0esb

    Thank you

Hi, any news about this issue?

    Thanks
    Michele

If you didn’t create and work within a Child Theme, it may have been lost during an update. (I’m not sure if this is true for that Custom CSS.) Maybe someone else can elaborate by letting us know if it is.

Did you create a child theme and make it the active theme?

    “I have WordPress 4.9.6”

Well, maybe don’t run an obsolete WordPress version. Not sure if it would help, but updating your script is the basics of security and compatibility. ??

    Hi @debshadovitz

Did not create a child theme, but the issue here is that even if I insert now some random custom CSS in the dedicated page, it doesn’t not make me save it :/

    Any ideas?

    Thanks
    Michele
