  • What did you use to achieve this? Extension? Your coding?

    Some of the classes (fpc-span6, fpc-row-fluid) look strange to me, but I’m not that familiar with the FPU extension. Hence my question.

    Hi rdell (hope the css coding is looking a bit cleaner I’ve applied your css layout to all my clients sites now – Thank you!)
    Ok for Rokket in the customise appearance I set the FP’s to be in a custom position ‘__after_content’.
    In the child functions php I used this snippet:
    ‘add_filter ( ‘tc_show_fp’ , ‘move_fp_from_home_to_somewhere’);
    function move_fp_from_home_to_somewhere () {
    //this checks if there are featured pages defined in the theme options in database and if your conditional tag returns a true value
    return 0 != esc_attr( tc__f( ‘__get_option’ , ‘tc_show_featured_pages’ ) )
    && is_page( 84 );
    }’
    This site is using featured pages unlimited.

    Satisfy my confusion and do the Plugin Test for me:
    Deactivate all your plugins, test. If OK, then re-Activate each Plugin one-by-one to find the culprit. Let us know which one if I’m right.

    It’s a simple css related issue.
    There’s a stronger rule which prevents the correct visualization of your fps.
    Btw you say “rows of 3” but clearly you’re using “rows of 2”.
    Anyway for your current situation what you have to do is rewrite fps css rules to make them stronger, so in your child-theme style.css, paste this:

    .fpc-container .fpc-row-fluid .fpc-span6 {
        width: 48.936170213%;
    }
    @media (max-width: 1200px){
        .fcp-container .fpc-row-fluid .fpc-span6 {
            width: 48.717948718%;
        }
    }
    @media (max-width: 979px) and (min-width: 768px){
        .fpc-container .fpc-row-fluid .fpc-span6 {
            width: 48.61878453%;
        }
    }
    @media (max-width: 767px){
        .fpc-container .fpc-row-fluid [class*=fpc-span] {
            float: none;
            width: 100%;
            margin-left: 0!important;
        }
    }

    Sorry yes I changed it after I posted the original topic as I thought it may have been the size of the FPU (blonde statement reading that now!) Ok, so if I revert back to “rows of 3” I just need to change the width percentage to 31.914893617%;
    Am testing now will come back to you!

    No, if you want to back to “rows of 3” you need different rules.
    There are also some other customizr css rules and a fpu javascript involved (which you can uncheck ) when window’s width is < 979px. I suggest you to make rows of 2 and use the css rules above.

    Hi d4z changed the css, but that hasn’t made any difference. This client wants some major overhauls manily via css so I’ll keep working through.
    You can see the issue on this page:
    https://www.rokketteamwear.com.au/teamwear-sports/

    rdell – I’ll try the painful plug-in trial once I’ve made all the changes she wants. Could it posibly be another minor php tag somewhere?

    @d4z is THE expert, but I was a little surprised that you needed to resort to that code above. Which made me wonder if there was a plugin conflict somewhere.

    Ok interesting… Just added another two pages but haven’t added the featured image to the individual page yet, however below the standard blank template box is the actual button (as it should be)
    rather than the html “Edit” data-color=”red” style=”color:#fff!important”>View Our Range of Designs ?” that is currently showing below each of the FPU’s that have an actual featured image applied. The side bar is now below the content .. so am I correct in assuming there is a minor code error somewhere?

    @rdell xoxo ??
    @leapmkt12
    cannot see this "Edit" data-color="red" style="color:#fff!important">View Our Range of Designs ?" you’re talking about.
    About the sidebar the problem is this in your style.css:

    .span3 {
    width: 235px;
    padding-left: 7px;
    }

    get rid of it, or use some rule which don’t affect the sidebar.

    Thanks all sorted.
