Customizr Footer

I want to know if anyone can help me in the grey footer area. NOT WHITE AREA. Cusomizr comes with three footer areas, I want to delete them and just have one footer area. I tried using the center footer but it does not expand across the whole page it just stays in its little section and still leaves room for the left and right footers.
