Customizr Pro not showing in my themes

This morning I purchased the pro package and authorized the development site I’m using to design a new site. I began development by downloading the regular theme through my WP admin panel.

There is no “About Customizr Pro” link in Themes/Appearance.

How do I get my development site upgraded?

I also have not received a confirmation email for my purchase, so I don’t have the extensions that go with the package.

What’s my next step?
