Customizr Slider & Header Logo

  • Hi,

    So I just went on my webpage and all images on the slider (except for main one) have all changed to different sizes and the header logo image of ‘FH’ is squashed. It was all fine yesterday. Since then I have not edited any of the theme layout etc or changed the slider or header in anyway. Only thing I have been doing is writing new posts.

  • Well if you didn’t change anything .. how this is possible? ??
    Maybe you updated/installed some plugin?

    Did you try to disable your plugins and re-enable them one by one in order to find the culprit.. if any?

    I am currently having to go back into each image for the slider and reset them back to original size to blow it up to fill slider for a qucik fix. Previosuly they were set at 1170 x 800 I think. Header logo is still sqaushed however.

    Ok will look. Although I 100% did not add or activate any other plugins. I went to bed and woke up to it. I spoke to Bluehost who could not find an issue either. There was an update about 6 hours ago to the theme I think? Would that cause the issue?

    Looking at it actually I have loads of updates to action – so i must be set on manual. Have not added any widgets for a long while now. It’s all really weird as the only thing I have been doing in last month is adding posts. Have not changed the site, added plugins, etc – Tried deactivating the theme and reactivating just now but didn’t help. I have set all the slider images back to original size to fill up the slider but they just look too big now. If I crop to correct sldier size just goes tiny (like an inch in height) – same if I upload a fresh one. The head logo too I can not get it unsquahed. Tried uplaoding a new one.

    Ok so I have deactivated all and checked but still not working. As you can see my logo in header is all stretched still. And the slider images problem still remains so I have had to blow each image up. Any help please?

    I see at least one error in the google-chrome console:
    user_widget_frame.php:428 Uncaught ReferenceError: $ is not defined
    this might mess with the centering slides option in customizr.
    About the logo, you have an image which is 500×500 but you have the option “force logo dimensions” to max-width:250 and max-height:100
    So, my suggestion is:
    1) use a smaller logo like, 100×100
    2) uncheck that option.

    How do I fix this?

    Hi – So I changed all the photos yesterday to original size in the slider to sort the problem. Just gone back on my site and all of sudden – boom – the photos have gone all buggered again. But why??!? They are all sqaushed

    And now its reverted itself back! This is driving me crazy. Also the buttons ont eh slider are only clickable in the right hand side.
