Customizr theme cannout be used anymore

  • Hi all,
    I am building a new website. Using Customizr and made a child with Childify. Using this for two more websites.
    After customizing some things -> yesterday i cannot login anymore -> have the Cookie Login error. This can be found in the net several times.
    Nothing worked -> the hosting operator changed the theme directly in the Database to twentyseventeen (Standardtheme)
    OK – i can login now
    Then i want to switch to custmizr first -and if this works to the child theme.
    But when i switch to the customizr Theme -> i cannot configure it anymore. Got a white screen – in the Tab: Customizr loading…
    Any idea?

  • Hi @ahmed2340,

    try to download a fresh copy of the customizr theme and replace it with your current version, maybe you have made some unintentional changes, which prevent the original theme from loading. If this works, you can activate your child theme to proceed with your modifications.
