• Hi Guys,

    have had the Customizr theme on https://allseasonsbuilding.co.uk for a while now (I think it’s over a year) then all of sudden when trying to load it this error message comes up:

    Warning: require_once(/home2/ctargett/public_html/allseasonsbuilding.co.uk/wp-content/themes/customizr/inc/init.php): failed to open stream: No such file or directory in /home2/ctargett/public_html/allseasonsbuilding.co.uk/wp-content/themes/customizr/functions.php on line 47

    Fatal error: require_once(): Failed opening required ‘/home2/ctargett/public_html/allseasonsbuilding.co.uk/wp-content/themes/customizr/inc/init.php’ (include_path=’.:/opt/php54/lib/php’) in /home2/ctargett/public_html/allseasonsbuilding.co.uk/wp-content/themes/customizr/functions.php on line 47

    I have looked at the code on this line and it reads:

    require_once( get_template_directory() . '/inc/init.php' );

    This has never happened before, could anyone help me please?

    Thanks in advance

  • That’s a strange one. Did you do anything before it happened eg Update to WP4.4 or Czr 3.4.16?

    Assuming you can still access the backend, I’d suggest you deactivate the Theme, download the latest and reInstall.

    Thanks for he response.

    I didn’t make any changes, I assume that it automatically updated the wordpress for me as I have it switched on.

    I can’t get into the /wp-admin section as it still comes up with the same error when i visit https://allseasonsbuilding.co.uk/wp-admin

    Is there any other way I can get into the back end of it?

    Thanks in advance

    Do you have FTP access to the site? If so, navigate to the /wp-content/themes/ folder and look for customizr. Delete that folder.

    You should then be able to login to the backend. Go to Appearance>Themes and it will report you have no parent theme and ask you to Install.
