• Hello,

    I’m not a programmer ??
    I use Customizr latest version with WooCommerce 2.3.7. Actually I’d love to, becaues it seems that this support of Woo is not supported by the theme.

    … Can you suggest what to do in order to get it supported…?
    Many thanks in advance!

  • What do you mean?
    It’s supported.
    https://demo.presscustomizr.com/shop/
    Latest customizr and latest version.
    Where did you read isn’t supoorted?

    I phrased wrongly. on my site it seems that these two does not work together.
    I have contacted the developers also they also told me it is supported and guided me here to raise a new topic on it.
    So, it is supported, however does not want to work together…
    What can I do?
    I love the them and would like to use it with WooCommerce.

    Well, since it’s supported and the developers confirm it too, dunno what else to say ?? A lot of people use both, I think it’s supported..
    You can see the demo, and works fine.
    So, I think that maybe you want to explain a little more what do you mean with “on my site it seems that these two does not work together”.
    What doesn’t work?
    Are you sure isn’t another plugin conflicting?
    Can you share a link to your website, maybe pointing to the issue?

    ??

    I know it’s strange ??
    The shop opening page is a list, instead of boxes represented in the demo. The same is true for subcategories listing products in.
    Product page seems rather as a blog post instead of a page describing the product.
    I was also thinking of whether other plugins may affect the conflict so switched off all of those and the situation was the same ??
    Please find below the link to the planned shop:

    And for one product page:

    Thanks so much for your help and investigation! ??

    Hey, here everything works fine…
    Look:

    product page: https://it.tinypic.com/?t=postupload

    That is really interesting as I have a kind of list view of the groups…
    Like
    * Picture
    Text (n)
    * Picture
    Text (n)
    * Picture
    Text (n)

    Not the nice format you have shown.
    I tried with: IE, Firefox, Chrome and with Safari on Mac

    It’s not about text size either, since I have tested from 50% to 150% text size…
    What browser have you tried with?

    How can I attach a pic?

    For me the shop looks like: https://i61.tinypic.com/r8iezb.png
    Product page is also https://i61.tinypic.com/207uq8x.png

    In the meanwhile I have also checked on other laptops and the same format is shown.

    May I ask for help how to acheive the same look as in the demo?

    Thank you a lot! ??

    Well, there’s nothing special in the demo, and still when I go to your site I see them right, as in the pics I attached, cannot understand why you have these kind of issue.

    I’ve tried with chrome + firefox + seamonkey on linux.

    Thank you for investigating my issue! ??
    It is really interesting for me that the site does not look like you see in the attached pics.
    How shall I proceed?
    Everyone, whoe I have asked to look at the site has the same view what I have attached.

    I really don’t know,
    I have to check on a mac maybe..

    Thank you!
    I have tested on Mac in the meanwhile, the situation is exactly the same…
    Any suggestions what to do? If you have any please share with me.
    I’m on the way to open my webshop, but I really would like to have its look&feel as pforessional as this theme is.

    I can reproduce your “issue” with the shop page removing some woocommerce css rules, But cannot understand why I see your page in the right way and you and your friends cannot. Basically what I think is happening is that for some reason when you load the page the woocommerce css isn’t loaded.
    For example, the bullets you see next to the products are the common list bullets (<li>). The theme doesn’t force them, doesn’t have any css rule to make it happen, it’s the default list-style for list items. Woocommerce css overrides the default list-style for them product list items. So if you see them then the woocommerce css is for some reason not loaded.
    But as I said before, really cannot understand the reason why I can see your site working fine, and there woocommerce style is loaded, of course.

    Thank you!!!
    Now we’re one step forward as you could reproduce my issue, glad to read ?? As I’m not a programmer in php may I ask you to let me know how I could force Woocommerce to load its css? What and where should I search for and how could I change it…?
    Thank you a lot! ??

    Look,
    the problem is that I tried to reproduce your issue just with google-chrome inspect element, so I just deactivate some css rules live on your site.
    How can you force the loading.. the problem, as I said is that for me the woocommerce css is loaded, why isn’t for you?
    That’s what I can see in your source page :

    <link rel='stylesheet' id='woocommerce-layout-css'  href='//naturarium.hu/wp-content/plugins/woocommerce/assets/css/woocommerce-layout.css?ver=2.3.7' type='text/css' media='all' />
    <link rel='stylesheet' id='woocommerce-smallscreen-css'  href='//naturarium.hu/wp-content/plugins/woocommerce/assets/css/woocommerce-smallscreen.css?ver=2.3.7' type='text/css' media='only screen and (max-width: 768px)' />
    <link rel='stylesheet' id='woocommerce-general-css'  href='//naturarium.hu/wp-content/plugins/woocommerce/assets/css/woocommerce.css?ver=2.3.7' type='text/css' media='all' />

    Can you see the same looking at the source of your page?

    Thread Starter FFSzilvi

    (@ffszilvi)

    Yes.
    When I load the shop page and look at page source, yes I can see these lines in the source.
