    From today’s DHL announcement: “From January 2021 shipments containing goods will be required to have customs data (ITMATT data) when dispatched to third countries, customs regions, and special territories of the European Union. From January 1, 2021, DHL Paket International will require an electronic data record (ITMATT dataset) containing all customs-relevant information in addition to the physical customs documents. Starting in 2021, missing, incomplete or incorrect data records can lead to delays in delivery or returns that are subject to charges.”

    The DHL API will return the correct documents when customs are required.

    There might be small modifications to the plugin until the end of year, so please keep the plugin updated on your end.
