Custom Field Question

Hello,

I am enjoying using the Custom Fields and I am wondering if it is possible to do something. I would like to create a page that lists all of the descriptions within a particular custom field. For example, I have a photoblog that is going to have a bi-weekly theme. I’d like the themes to be listed on a separate page where users can click on the theme description and be brought to posts that have that theme.

So, on one post with the “theme” “beginnings”. Another “theme” “flowers”. And another “theme” “buildings”. And so on.

How do I create a page that looks like this:

Themes:

beginnings
flowers
buildings

Each in the above list should link to a page with the post for that theme.
