Cut introtext processor:   not replaced by space

Sometimes the text to be used for intro/excerpt contains HTML newline entities ( ). The Cut introtext processor doesn’t replace these with a space character (or offer this is an option), instead, it just removes them, which results in some words incorrectly sticking directly together.
