Cut Off Text – Not Responsive

    Hi there,

    We use Neve theme that is easy to use thank you. However, the text do not centered on some devices. My customer use laptop (Google Chrome) and Apple computer (Safari). So I used developer tools and checked on Google Chrome , the paragraph text did not align center on Surface Pro (912×1368), Nest Hub (1024×600) and Nest Hub Max (1280,800). However I also checked it on Mozilla Firefox, they are fine. The text are aligned center nicely.

    The website I need help with

    I’ve just rechecked before sending this message. Just to show you how it looks when I checked the website on laptop using Chrome. But it works fine on Firefox. Not Responsive on Chrome

    Hi @bnksmile!

    From what I can see on your site, only the text from the hero image is shifted to the right, everything else looks fine. Please deactivate all the plugins and see if the issue disappears. If it does disappear, it means it was caused by a plugin conflict and you should reactivate the plugins one by one while refreshing the page, until you find the culprit. Then, replace that plugin with an alternative one.

    I checked your site again and now everything is properly aligned on all those three devices – screenshot, so the issue doesn’t seem to occur anymore.

    Thanks for following up this post and sorry I didn’t update the progress earlier. Yes it was fixed. Cristian Ungureanu of Neve FB community group helped to fix this. I removed the limit ( Maximum content width ) that works well.
