cut video and add logo

Hello – I have some flv files that are pretty large that I want to display on my site so I need to cut them to reduce the file size. Also I want to add my own logo.

Searching for video tool brings up so many options that I haven’t a clue what to look for. Free or paid, not that important but I would like to reduce the file size to something usable yet maintain the quality as much as possible.

Anyone have a suggestion or experience with a good product?
