Please consider posting a “New Job Request” [1] to have a professional work with you, or consider joining and soliciting professional assistance from the wp-pro mailing list [2].

If you are referring to a https://wordpress.COM (this is www.ads-software.com) account, see https://support.wordpress.com/contact-form/

If you have your own domain and hosting situation, and you are using the copy of WordPress that is available from the Download tab at the top of this page, there is no one you can contact. But if you want to be able to email and talk with professionals then visit those links I provided above.

Finally, this forum is manned by volunteers.

Are both of these services free? Which is the best for getting advice?

Also I have lost a website that I have had on wordpress after deleting alot of files on my FTP bt accident. I have tried restoring all the files and it previously just showed an error message but I have since installed another folder to the server side that is within the root folder (the site that was lost was within the root folder) but now when I type the address of the original website into the browser the last site that I have made comes up instead? What is going on? What can I do?

All of wordpress’ content(Posts, comment,Pages) are stored in a SQL database. deleting the files won’t remove that part of the data

So do you know how i can get it back?

If you don’t have a database backup, ask your host if they have one.
