Cutting and Pasting EXCEL data into a Post

Hi,

I have searched and searched the archives for a usable answer on how to cut and paste excel data into a blog post to no avail. Is there a simple, easy answer to this situation? I thought wordpress was supposed to be so advanced and user friendly, which is why i switched from a godaddy blog. But in the Godaddy blog I could easily cut and paste Excel information, and now, in WordPress, I can’t. Doesnt seem very user friendly to me, anyway, off the rant, any help with this frustrating problem would BE MOST APPRECIATED!
