    The left side of the event information is being cut off in both mobile and browser view – I tried a different theme and it did the same thing.

    The page I need help with: [log in to see the link]

  • I was having the same problem.

    Someone posted this fix and it worked for me. Not perfect but allows for the first few letters to display

    Insert this in css

    div.ai1ec-event-details.ai1ec-clearfix {
    padding-left: 15px !important ;
    }

    So helpful!

    I need to try that. I have had a few email conversations with them (before the threads about this problem even showed up here) – and the bottom line was: Yes, they will make rudimentary fixes to keep it running, but they are not supporting this product anymore because they want to sell their new “Journey” calendaring option (without a free tier and with some important information and possibilities missing).

    My solution for the problem: Downgrade to PHP 7.3 and calendar version 2.6.2 (which did not have this error). Until they hopefully fix the problems.

    My hope: They still read this forum without replying to it, and include solutions in their new versions of the product.

    Keeping the old version might buy some time to find an alternative…

    Maybe I am just too new to this, but into which css-file should the code snippet be added? And at which position?
    Thanks for clarification.

    I think that depends on the theme.
    My theme, in its configuration screens, has a box somewhere for “custom CSS” snippets.
    You just put it in there, no particular sequence.

    @braunsch – thx, will try.

    Thanks, I was just looking for this. Works great!

    Thank you @jerry-nairn, that solved one of my recent issues with this calendar as well!
    However, although I am using a free download, I wonder what the paying audience is feeling, as I would think they have run into the same issues …

    Regards,
    Hans
