CVV field is missing

Hi Mr. Clayton,

I read carefully your documentation and I even call Braintree for assistance but the issue of missing CVV is always not resolved.
I tested in both sandbox mode and production mode with the WP template called X template.
I only see fields for credit card number and expiry date. CVV field was showing normally when I was using an opencart module.
Please help me urgently, maybe via teamviewer or skype ?

What steps have you taken in the Braintree configuration to display the CVV field? You must login to your Braintree account, navigate to Processing > Settings. On that page, there is an option to enable CVV verifcation. You must select that checkbox. Once you have saved that setting, the CVV field will display on the dropin form. If you have already followed that step exactly, then there is some other issue related to the dropin form but I am unable to assist you there as the dropin form comes directly from Braintree’s servers and the fields that show are based on configurations maintained in the Braintree environment.
