CyberChimps Website Themes Customer Support is Fantastic!

I contacted CyberChimps Customer Support to retrieve a website theme I purchased from their website 3 years ago. I lost the login credentials to my WordPress database when my host servers went offline, and had to reconstruct my site from scratch using a free version of the same theme. Their Customer Support representative, Omendra Rajput resolved my ticket the same day. She emailed me a download link to get the original Pro theme again, and reminded me that no updates were available since the theme was from 2019. I download the theme am very pleased with Onendra’s fast and considerate help. Great company for excellent WordPress Themes. Highly commendable!
