cyclone slider 2 gallery images not working

A website tech made a few changes to my website and now the gallery slider doesn’t work He doesn’t seem to know how to fix it. I tried fixing it. I can see that the slideshow I creaetd is still there, the shortcode is pasted above the text of the welcome page. When I set it to Althomepage w/gallery slider–no images. When I set it to Althomepage w/post slider, it will load post pics to slider and that works. I don’t know problem. Tried playing around on my own, but no luck.
