Cyclone slider 2 pro. Cannot fully install

  • Have just purchased Cyclone slider 2 pro. I went to settings where the lightbox and easing boxes are now checked, are but it also now asks me for a ID and Key. These are supposed to be accessible from the client area on https://www.codefleet.net who supply Cyclone slider software.

    When I go to this area: https://support.codefleet.net/client/login/ I type in my username and password which works on other parts of the codefleet.net site, but in this instance it says
    “oops, incorrect email or password”

    It’s not incorrect at all. I’ve checked, double, triple, and more.

    When I try and install any updates to cyclone slider 2 pro it says ‘download failed. Forbidden’

    Anyone else having these troubles? Any experience of this type of thing before? Please let me know. I’ve paid over ￡23 for the pro extension but can’t use it properly because of poor delivery of plugin and failed updates.
