Cyclone Slider – “Add New Slide” Stopped Working

All of the sudden today when I try to add slides to the Cyclone slider nothing happens when I click the “Add Slide” button. The other two buttons are working (“Add Images as Slides” and “Sort”.

I am not sure where to even start to figure out why this started happening.
