    Hi there,

    Please try to go to Tickera > Ticket Template > Ticket PDF Settings and change the font to one of the following:

    DejaVu Sans
    DejaVu Sans Condensed
    DejaVu Sans ExtraLight
    DejaVu Sans Mono
    DejaVu Serif
    DejaVu Serif Condensed
    FreeMono
    FreeSans
    FreeSerif
