    Hi Pizza,

    Does it work if you disable MMM for that menu? If so, please can you paste screenshots with and without MMM enabled?

    If it looks the same with MMM disabled then it will be a general issue with your server/site setup, and googling “wordpress cyrillic characters encoding” will give some advice on how to fix it.
