Czech regional competition

Hi, this plugin is really excellent. I just needed him to modify the Czech regional competition, where the match ends in penalty kicks. The team that loses gets one point and two points winner. I always have to manually edit. I tried different settings, but without success. If you have some experience, I’ll be glad for any advice.
