Czech sorting and dual sorting

Yes, in principle, this is possible. You would however first need to add a sorting algorithm for Czech.

For this, you could use the TablePress Extension from https://tablepress.org/extensions/datatables-sorting-plugins/ as a foundation, and would then need to integrate the sorting algorithm from https://cdn.datatables.net/plug-ins/1.13.7/sorting/czech-string.js into that as well. After that, you can set English sorting for the first and Czech sorting for the second column.

This will require a very small bit of coding, but it should not be too complex. If you would need more detailed help and a readily usable solution, I can offer that as part of the direct priority email support that comes with the TablePress premium versions. Thanks for your understanding.

of course TablePress is an excellent tool and I’ve been using it on my site for years and plan to continue to use its great features (excel import). Thank you and I wish you good health and new features, and I hope that MAYBE we will see sorting for our language (cz_CZ).

As sorting for Czech is possible with that custom code, I likely won’t be including it directly into TablePress — I would then have to do this for very many other sorting algorithms and languages, which would make things slower for most users, as more code would (unnecessarily) be loaded.
