Daily Digest.

I was using this plugin, then it went crazy.

I had the setting set so that the only thing the plugin do was send a tweet when I posted, and that worked, well enough. The fun began when I went to bed, and continues to this day..

Twitter Tools sent a tweet about my post, then posted a blog about the tweet (even though the 2nd part was supposed to be disabled.) Twitter tools went on to tweet/post 40 more times, +/-, sometimes the posts were about tweets about posts, some time the posts were about @ replies (which was also supposed to have been disabled). That was completely unacceptable behavior, and as such, I deleted the posts, apologized profusely to my followers, and uninstalled Twitter Tools (not necessarily in that order). That was 2 days ago. Since then the ghost of Twitter Tools has still made 4 Daily Digest Posts, which is also completely unacceptable behavior.
