Hello, are you available for a custom job. If yes, what would the quote be and the turn around time? We need refund on a separate line. So the original order would stay on the date ordered and the refund would show on the date it was refunded. We switched processors and the new gives date and order amt only and we need to match them. Thank you for your consideration.

Have you tried Export Order Items (suggested in our previous reply)? It should already show refunds that match the date and status filtering on separate lines with negative quantities/amounts (see the note in the plugin for more information). Is this not working as expected, or do you need something different?

Sorry for late reply. Yes, we are using Export Order Items for WooCommerce but our refunds are not showing on a separate line. We can pay for you to help us fix this. Please.

How are you issuing the refunds? Are you only changing the order status to Refunded or are you refunding the individual line items? Since Export Order Items reports on line items, it will only show the refund lines if they were entered on a line item basis.
