Daily Pageviews are dissappeared

    I have updated to 2.8.7 and WP SlimStat Dashboard Widgets is also activated. This message is displayed: “WARNING: a misconfigured setting and/or server environment is preventing WP SlimStat from properly tracking your visitors. Please check the FAQs for more information.”

    I have checked other posts in order to get a solution: I have accessed wp-slimstat-js.php with my browser and no error is shown.
    In my website, some data are collected, such as Recent Known Visitors, Summary, Spy View and more, but nothing is displayed in Daily Pageviews.

    ?Any suggestion, please?

    If no error is shown, that’s not a good sign. You may want to take a look at your mysql error logs to see if you can understand what the problem is.

    I have checked the same behaviour in Internet Explorer 8 and WP-SlimStat 2.8.2 (this version of the plugin works fine in Firefox 17.0.1 and Safari 5.1.7).
    I can’t find mysql error logs.

    Well, then there’s really not much I can do to help ?? I don’t have enough information to troubleshoot the issue, sorry.
