Assuming that you are using the latest version of the Forminator and did not make any changes on site as updating plugins/theme or adding new ones or code snippets etc.
So, here are a few troubleshooting steps you might consider:
– Check your spam or junk email folder to make sure the reports didn’t get caught up there.
– Make sure that the email address associated with your Forminator account is correct. It’s possible there could be a typo error.
– Email servers can occasionally have interruptions. Ensure the server hosting your email address is functioning correctly.
– If Forminator is using an SMTP server to send the emails, take a look at the settings or logs. If there’s an issue with the server, it may not be sending out the emails as expected.
If you’ve tried the above steps and you’re still having issues, I also suggest to perform full plugin/theme conflict test to rule out any issues that might be related with them.
Please make sure you have recent backups and perform this operation on your dev/staging site if possible.
