Daily Totals Not Resetting

  • As I understand it, apart from the “Who’s Online” counter, which represents the number of users currently logged in, all other counters are supposed to reset on a daily basis.

    In our application, the “Who’s Online” counter appears to be working correctly; however, all other counters are not being reset on a daily basis.

    Are you aware of the issue? Will it be resolved in the near future?
