    We are really very sorry that you have faced an issue with the plugin. Thank you for sharing your feedback. It is very important for us as the plugin is new in the market and we need to find out all issues that our clients may face and fix them to make our product better.

    You couldn’t face any issues with the plugin after deactivating it. Most probably you were still seeing it because of the cache. If you clear the cache and check the website in incognito mode you will not see any issues.

    Could you please enable the plugin again, enable Test mode and share the link of your website so that we can check what issues you have? If you enable the test mode, your live website will return to its original state, deactivating any optimization done by the booster and reversing any issues caused by the 10Web Booster. The 10Web Booster will become inactive on your live website while remaining active for testing and troubleshooting.
