  • The support is a disaster! Nobody can help. Support coworkers werwir internally until nobody feels more responsible.
    I have not received an answer since. Find a better plugin, one that will not destroy your website. you save a lot of headaches, guaranteed!

    Crisp has working hours and sometimes, technical questions can take some time to reply has it requires qualified developers. Our developer team is working 24/24, 7/7, but we are engaged to reply in a maximum of 10 hours. Most of the times, it’s around 20 to 30 minutes.

    In your case, the issue was caused by a Javascript Shim on your website. Crisp is not destroying websites, but it requires a clean behavior from your website codebase, and most of the times, issues are caused by poorly coded external javascript scripts or outdated Javascript shims.

    Finally, when uninstalling Crisp from WordPress, it immediately removes the Crisp chatbox code WordPress. As explained earlier with our support, you probably manually installed Crisp in your WordPress template instead of this WordPress plugin.
