• hi!

can you implement support for dark mode or suggest a solution? background-color on #template_header_image_container is a real problem, making the header image impossible to see.

    thanks in advance!

i’ve got a support thread open with them right now. i’ll post here when/if i get a solution. the obvious workaround that i thought of is to use a big banner jpg with whatever color, but i can’t get the header dimensions right, and that affects the size of the logo depending on screen size. so not ideal, and an actual FIX would be better and easier. i’ll let you know what they come up with.

    Hey,
I’ll pass this along to the developer and see if it’s something that can be implemented in a future update.

    Kindly,

thanks @hannahritner. Karla from Kadence has just replied on our private support thread and said to use a jpg, without offering any hope for a fix.

@danielchan23, make your jpg, set the image max width setting to the full width of the container, ie. 670px, remove the image padding top/bottom, oh, and the previously set background color. that does it.

Cool @wheeleran. Did that, a quick fix.

    Thanks ??

    Hey,
I’ve not found any good way yet to support darkmode in a meaning full way.

I would suggest if using a JPG with a background doesn’t work for your brand you could consider using a drop-shadow, see this image for an example: https://www.litmus.com/wp-content/uploads/2020/04/image4.gif
