Dasboard Error. Appears in text

Hello:
I have a web site that appears with the dashoard in a text mode. GUI/UI seems corrupted. I’ve read some guidances about editing wp-config.php, but nothing seems to solve it.

this is what I’ve done until now:
-disable all plugins
-review wp-config.php, debug mode true… https://www.ads-software.com/support/topic/admin-dashboard-not-displaying-correctly-2/
-change theme
-update theme.
Site is under Plesk server, which is updated to 18.0.30 Update #4
Some idea about?
